The cast of the new Broadway Bound epic musical “Akhenaten The Musical” will perform highlights from the show.
Featured will be Ted Keegan (Phantom of the Opera), N’Kenge (Motown the Musical), Vince Oddo (Rocky, American Idiot), and Seph Stanek (Naked Boys Singing).
The story is about how the pharaoh Akhenaten and his wife Nefertiti challenged the almighty power of the priests by imposing for the first time a single God over their many gods.
The new musical has a book by Hisham Abdel Khalek and Mohamed Metwally, music by Hesham Nazih, and lyrics by Mohamed Metwally.
The show will be musically directed by Charles Czarnecki (Jersey Boys) and produced by Corey Mach.
